Project Background

AgendaCerdas v2.0 was born as a continuation of the previous version, in response to the evolving internal needs of the Jakarta Library. This project is dedicated to the loyal users who have trusted the v1.0 solution, with the aim of delivering higher performance, a cleaner UI, and more reliable data stability. This upgrade does not change the app's core objective—that is to record all agendas from various library activities—but to build a stronger foundation for daily operations.

The fundamental changes in v2.0 are improved performance and user experience. With a more efficient architecture, faster UI rendering, and enhanced caching mechanisms, users can buffer data more responsively without sacrificing the accuracy of information. The core features remain consistent, but their execution is simplified to make the library staff's workflow smoother and free of technical friction.

The main benefits of AgendaCerdas v2.0 include improved data reliability, easier adaptation for the library's technical team, and scalability to handle spikes in activity. I also added clearer documentation and operational guides to facilitate training for new staff.

  • Structured and easily searchable agenda records
  • Role-based access control for data security
  • Fast performance with low response times
  • Modular architecture that is easy to maintain

How the System Works

The system workflow starts from requirements analysis and is translated into a more modular architecture. At its core, the technology stack is designed to optimize the input, storage, and retrieval of agendas efficiently. Each component is audited to ensure compatibility with the library's internal infrastructure and to follow relevant data security practices.

  1. Requirements analysis and architecture design: Gather user requirements, define infrastructure constraints, and create data flow diagrams that ensure information integrity throughout the agenda lifecycle.
  2. Implementation of core modules: Development of modules for recording, storage, and searching of agendas with a focus on performance, fast access, and data consistency. The UI module is designed to be responsive and consistent across devices.
  3. Data integration and migration: Mapping legacy data to the new schema, phased migrations, and fallback mechanisms if needed to maintain smooth operations during the transition.
  4. Testing, optimization, and deployment: Functional, load, and security testing are performed sequentially. Cache optimization, UI rendering, and API latency improvements are performed before deployment.
  5. Maintenance and continuous improvement: Performance monitoring, addition of minor features, and documentation updates to ensure the system remains relevant to the library's needs.
